Happy Friday to you!  I'm putting together some items for an event that I'm designing later this month, and I'm loving this combination of stripes and sequins!  Speaking of sequins...I think that I'm going into sequin-overload, so if you start seeing me post a million more pics of them, please continue to love me anyway :)

ahh spring!

I love Spring!  My allergies can just go to some dark place and never return (although they never do leave), because I love when the flowers and trees bloom!  While growing up in Louisiana, one of first signs of Spring for me is when daffodils bloomed, so it felt great to have a few of these in my space over the weekend, and it felt even better to actually purchase these instead of picking them from a neighbors' yard like I used to do when I was little.

loving london

Yep...I definitely love to travel!  I had a new challenge on my last trip:  learning my way through London's Tube, Overground, and National Rail stations!  After almost missing a few trains while trying to buy tickets, I finally got the "golden ticket"...I bought an Oyster card!  Then I overly enjoyed simply swiping the card, hopping on a few trains, hopping off, swiping again....why didn't I get one sooner?!

Here are some pics from one of my stops off at the London Bridge Tube Station.  I love the rich hues of blues.  I feel some some color inspiration coming on in 5...4...3...
